Accommodation is limited to six rooms, including the exclusive Large Garden Suite (with own private garden) and the prestigious Grimaud Owners Suite.
Exclusive large Garden Suite
This very spacious unit forms part of the separate garden cottage. Completely modern with stack doors leading to a very private garden (shaded by 100 year old Pepper tree). A semiprivate veggie/herb garden on the other side of the unit offers a relaxed atmosphere under a big, old tree. Tea and coffee, bar fridge, satellite TV, microwave, under floor heating, hairdryer and safe. No smoking.

Sunny Garden Suite
This unit forms part of the separate garden cottage. Completely modern with stack doors leading to a private garden with views of the large front garden. A sunny, bright and friendly room. Tea and coffee, bar fridge, satellite TV, microwave, under floor heating, a hairdryer and safe. No smoking.

St Tropez Unit
Completely modern with stack doors leading to a small private garden area, this is a lovely cool room in summer but offers underfloor heating in winter. The bedroom offers a queen-size bed, en-suite modern bathroom with a bath and separate shower, a plasma screen TV with full DStv, Wi-Fi, bar fridge, tea and coffee making facilities as well as a microwave oven. No smoking is allowed.

Ste Maxime Suite
This unit is the one of only 2 bedrooms that forms part of original Manor House. However it has, just like all the other rooms, its own private entrance. The bedroom offers a queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with bath only as well as a plasma screen TV with full DStv, Wi-Fi, bar fridge, tea and coffee making facilities and a microwave oven. The unit also has a separate lounge area with double doors opening to the front garden, original wooden floors, high ceilings and large sash windows. Smoking is not allowed in the unit.

Milk Room
This unit used to be the old outside milking room. It is completely separate from the main house with a separate entrance. Although the smallest room it has an old world charm to it with its original creaky wooden floors and is the only room situated in the large private front garden with huge 100 year old trees. It has been totally remodelled and modernised during 2010. It now offers a brand new en-suite, open plan bathroom with underfloor heating. Large windows face the garden and offers total privacy. It has a thatch roof but from the inside, only the modern ceiling with low voltage down lighters can be seen. Plasma screen TV, tea and coffee, mini bar, hairdryer and safe. No smoking allowed.

Grimaud Owners Suite
The name says it all. Originally the owners’ own master suite at Jansen House. Tastefully renovated and modernised during 2020. It offers a king size bed, en-suite bathroom with separate shower and bath, kitchenette area, full DSTV (own decoder), fibre optic wifi internet access and a private entrance. Wooden floors, high ceilings and sash windows completes the picture. No smoking allowed.
